On 10th February 2025, a comprehensive administrators’ meeting was held, focusing on capacity building and management planning strategies for all Mercy institutions. These institutions include Mercy High School, Mercy Junior School, Mercy University, Mercy Vocational College, Mercy Health Services, and Mercy Church.
The meeting featured engaging sessions with Dr. Blessing Namara, which were highly beneficial to all attendees. We firmly believe that such training sessions will significantly enhance our ability to achieve the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with our business strategic goals. Additionally, these sessions will help us address the Gaps (GAPS) in our implementation strategy across the various business lines of our institutions.
