We offer Farming God’s Way and all farming training to our communities at Canaan Farm in Masindi District. The best way to reduce world poverty is to empower individuals to support themselves. We think it is a shame that in a continent as resourceful as Africa, anyone should have to go hungry. Unfortunately, this is a common scenario here in Africa and more in rural communities like Masindi district where our Farm is located. With that driving force in our hearts, Mercy House Ministries established Canaan Farm as a program to help plant food to alleviate poverty and hunger in rural areas. We also provide training to rural people as a means to empower them towards self-sustainability, and to help support feeding initiatives/ program of our children
